How much does it cost to subscribe to Market Leader Premier Subscription?

There is a sliding scale of prices depending on whether you are a private teacher/ student or work for a school/ institution, how many teachers in your school will use the site, whether you want to include a subscription to FT.com*, and the length of your subscription.

Note: All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

What do I get for my money?

Every week the website is updated with new business English learning material. Market Leader's unique relationship with the Financial Times allows it to select up-to-the minute articles on interesting business topics. The Market Leader Premier 'plus' subscriptions inlclude a 12-month subscription to FT.com. An FT.com subscription will give you FULL access to ALL the articles, reports and regional reports on the Financial Times website, full access to an archive of all articles from the last 5 years, access to region specific websites and reports, and up-to-the minute business news, trends and data.

Are the lessons suitable for teachers to use in class or for self-study learners?

The lessons are suitable for both. All lessons have a key and they will help learners improve their vocabulary, reading skills and general business knowledge.

What kind of lessons are they?

There is a variety of lesson types but they all use articles and texts from the Financial Times. Download a sample lesson to take a look.

How do I download the lessons?

To download the lessons all you need is Adobe Reader. This is a free piece of software and is easy to use. Click here to find out more information about PDF files or click to download the Adobe Reader software.

When you have Adobe Reader you can download the lessons on this site.

Do I need to use the coursebooks to understand the online lessons?

No. The lessons refer to particular units in the coursebooks, but it is not necessary to use the books and website together.
